Fresho Ooty Chow Chow
Freshly harvested from the Queen of Hill station - Ooty in Southern India, Fresho Chow Chow is light green coloured on the outside and white inside.
Chow chow is an excellent source of folate, a B-vitamin which helps prevent homocysteine build-up. Apart from their mild sweet taste Chow chow is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, hence good for the heart, helps the body produce energy, keeps the thyroid health and helps prevent bone loss.
